Mercy in Thailand. Its November, now. Four weeks of deep heavy effects of flooding has happened here in Thailand. Although the floods still stand in parts of Thailand, the damage that was anticipated has not been nearly what has been expected and no one really knows why.
We know why.
God is a god of Mercy.
