Getting Ready for the Future in Pattaya

Some amazing things are happening in Pattaya, AND we need help!

HERE IS THE NEWS: The directors of the BRIDGE Children's Center in Pattaya, Thailand will be going back to their home for an undetermined length of time. Their amazing Children's program and building that has been poured into by hundreds of people and that serves about 100 children in Pattaya was due to be shut down, unless someone intervened. 

Revelation 3:8 “‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name...'"

I went out on my own. The team I am with now did not feel they were ready to take on this big project with so many other new things happening here in 2013. 

After much prayer, confirmation and consultation with other people that are like-minded in their heart for Pattaya and still others that know me well, I went out and claimed what I believe God is saying. 

Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. Psalm 20:6-8

The Lord said, "I am in this. Trust Me." 

The NEWS came out this way:  We believe it is really God's heart to see The Bridge Children's Center stay open! Amy Brock-Devine has taken a huge step of faith and will be facilitating all of the use of the Center, the building and is responsible to gather the finances to pay the costs not for just its maintenance but to see it be a thriving lighthouse to the city of Pattaya! 

Lord willing, it will be still be the Bridge Childrens' center as a children's resource center to facilitate unity in the body of Christ, host teams, bring in children's programs, and host prayer that will transform and bring change to this city.

This 'WE' may include YOU. We need a team to bring this project to full speed and up and running. Would you like to be a part of the development and transformation happen; to see the calling met and the need fulfilled; to see God's heart for Pattaya displayed?!?

WE NEED TO ASK YOUR HELP: The Lord will keep this door open only with your help! The rent on the Lease is 35,000 Baht and the power, water & other expenses are about another 6,000 - 7,000 Baht. We were praying with a foreign supporter who would like to contribute 1/2 of the rent, about 15,000 Baht, so we would need to raise the other half -- only about $600/month! 

One idea, is to have a TEAM of 20+ in Pattaya cover the other 22,000 THB! So far we have 1 on that team at 1,000THB/month! If we pull together, we will do it!

He can do all things, He is just asking us to be willing!
